Information we collect

Zily may collect contact information submitted through forms, support requests, purchases, license activations, and product downloads. Zily Assist may also process website visitor information depending on how each site owner configures the plugin.

License validation

For Pro products, Zily may receive a license key, product ID, site URL, plugin version, and activation status in order to validate access.

Support data

Support requests may include technical details needed to troubleshoot plugin issues.
